Fulfillment & Logistics
Aura Studios operates as a design collective. All merchandise sold through this website is fulfilled and shipped by Printful, Inc. as a Print on Demand service. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your manufacturing and shipping data will be processed by Printful in accordance with their privacy policy. Every item is unique and produced only when an order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Under EU consumer protection laws regarding the Right of Withdrawal, the standard 14 day return window does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
International Customs
Orders shipped outside of the fulfillment region may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Aura Studios has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
